1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the Prompt Studio online store and the conditions for the sale of digital products (AI prompts).

2. Digital Products and License

All products in the store are digital. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased prompts.

You may use generated images for commercial and private purposes.
It is forbidden to copy, resell, or publicly share the prompt content (text) with third parties.

3. Payments and Delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. After successful payment, the digital product is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products (digital content not recorded on a tangible medium), the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply. By making a purchase, you consent to the performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge the loss of this right.
